Throughout the workshop, I discuss what breathwork is, as well as many breath related topics such as: management of stress and anxiety, emotional wellbeing and nervous system regulation. The workshops consist of practical breathing techniques that can be used anytime and anywhere. It also includes a complete and guided breathwork journey. Overall, these sessions help foster a sense of connection to oneself and others.
Price is based on the number of participants and duration of the session.
