In a safe way, Breathwork helps relieve stress and physical tension, and clear trauma from the body. It also allows one to experience a deep state of relaxation and inner peace. Each session educates you on different breathing techniques and practices that can be used in your daily life (i.e. regulating emotional state, energizing, relaxing, connecting to oneself). Each session is designed specifically for you and can be done either in person or virtually. It includes a discussion, intention setting, transformational breathing session, as well as integration and reflection in the end.

The ten session package provides you with a transformational experience in which you can develop your innate healing abilities. As well as, awaken and access your natural inner resources.
